METHOD OF USE

Open the re-sealable pouch, taking care not to break it. Wear the disposable thong. Put on the legging and pentacartene. Leave on for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove the legging and massage out any residue with movements from the bottom upwards. Wash the legging by hand or in the washing machine (gentle programme) and dry thoroughly.
Put the legging back in the bag.
